What is a project?+
A project is a workspace boundary for flows, operational knowledge, and environments. It’s how teams separate departments, clients, or products.
What is a knowledge base?+
A knowledge base is a curated collection of operational documents and procedures that HEIDI can ground answers in. Plans cap the number of knowledge bases; stored knowledge volume is tokenized.
How do tokens work (HEIDI + Knowledge)?+
HEIDI usage is metered in tokens (like most LLM systems). Operational Knowledge is priced by the amount of stored knowledge tokens. Each tier includes an allowance; overages follow the transparent rates above.
What counts as a workflow execution?+
One execution is a single run of a workflow, regardless of complexity. Plans include monthly executions; overages are billed per 1,000 runs.
Can I start on Community and upgrade later?+
Yes. Start with credit top-ups (limited-time community window), then upgrade to a subscription tier to unlock higher limits and included usage.
