Your right to use HEIDI
You may use HEIDI within the scope of your subscription, order or other applicable agreement with UpQuAI. Access to the software or its source does not itself grant rights to publish, distribute, sublicense or commercially exploit it. Your agreement takes precedence if it expressly provides otherwise.
Ownership
HEIDI’s original software, product materials, design and branding belong to UpQuAI Solutions AG. Rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your files and business content remain yours or their respective owners’ property; using HEIDI does not transfer their ownership to UpQuAI.
Certain components are supplied under separate terms included with the software. Those terms continue to govern the relevant components.
Responsible use
Use HEIDI only with accounts, information and systems you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give your bots and for complying with applicable law and your organization’s policies.
AI-generated results can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs, source evidence and proposed actions before relying on them. Connected services are subject to their own terms and availability.
Your agreement
Fees, service levels, support commitments, warranties, liability and termination are governed by your applicable agreement with UpQuAI and mandatory law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Swiss law
Unless your agreement expressly provides otherwise, Swiss law governs your use of HEIDI. The courts of Zug, Switzerland have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
